What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, delivery address and order contents. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers; we receive only the last four digits and the payment status. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, which in Bulgaria is ten years.
When you subscribe: your email address, until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
When you browse: your bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we are allowed to
Order data is processed to perform our contract with you, and retained afterwards to meet a legal obligation. Newsletter data is processed on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. Our delivery carrier receives your name and address. Cloudflare serves this website and processes request logs. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it sent elsewhere. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
