Where we ship
All European Union member states. We do not currently ship outside the EU, because cosmetic import rules differ enough that we would rather not guess. If you are outside the EU and want the range, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
VAT
Prices on the site are shown before VAT. The correct rate for your country is calculated and added at checkout, and appears on your receipt.
Returns
You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email orders@pawelle.pet with your order reference and we will send return instructions. Return postage is yours unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.
Opened cosmetics cannot be resold, so we cannot accept them back as a change of mind. If a product caused a reaction, that is a different matter — tell us what happened and we will refund it whether it is open or not.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the product and email us within seven days. We will send a replacement without asking you to return the broken one.
